Special Release - Performance Patch

Improved Performance for Relatively Large Projects
In version 3.2 we have modified the Statistics gatherer to reduce the resource consumption.
This goal was acheived but the side effect was to slow down GreenHopper on relatively large projects.
This release introduces a patch to avoid the performance loss.
A special thank to the Atlassian folks that were more then helpful in solving this issue.
