Issue Transitions

Is some cases, GreenHopper might pop a transition card when dragging an issue from a column to another.
These cases are:

1. The destination column is associated with more than one status.
   You will then find in the transition card the possible transitions. You will just need to select the right worklow action for your issue.
2. The JIRA standard transition screen requires some mandatory fields.
   You will then find in the transition card the required fields. These will need to be filled for GreenHopper to process the transition.
   
   

Also the Comment field will be included in the transition card as soon as there is at least 1 required field. If you want just the comment field to pop up, simply set the issue type as required in the transition screen. Since GreenHopper does not support Issue type updates in the transitions, the transition card will only present the comment field. Note that the comment is optional.
