Since its creation in 2000, Pyxis Technologies, the designer of GreenPepper, is committed to the Open Source, Agile software development and Java communities. The people at Pyxis Technologies are working closely with their clients to help them reap the benefits offered by these collaborative approaches in terms of software development. Just like its clients, Pyxis Technologies benefits from these new open-minded ways of developing software. This being said, the GreenPepper community program, created in 2006, and the GreenPepper software itself are focused on giving back to these communities, while continuing to nurture a passion: improving software development processes and technologies, for the benefit of the clients and employees.

Our community program stems from 3 key objectives:

1. To strengthen Agile software development and related communities
2. To share Open Source initiatives and promote growth
3. To initiate a new business practice, which promotes free collaborative initiatives while rewarding profitable organizations for their open-minded decisions
