In our view, one of the most significant collaborative initiatives in software development is the Agile Manifesto. This initiative, the spirit behind it, and the value that stems from it have sparked numerous collective efforts aimed at improving software development. We will always be grateful to these early initiators. Furthermore, we want our organization to strongly promote these practices, and many of our people have been personally and actively involved in related organizations. For instance, we founded the Montr蠬 Agile user group and played an active role in the Scrum Alliance.
