Somehow I've put a Subtask on my planning / task board, and I have no idea how. (see image)

Can anyone enlighten me on how to intentionally add and remove a subtask from the boards?

Did you by chance move the story that the subtask is on to a sprint by dragging in on the planning board? If so, then all subtasks under it move with it.
