I am also unclear on how to setup an iteration within a release.

I got a little closer. Found the Master concept on your page. But it is not clear where I setup this master relationship Jira or the Greenpepper

Item closed.

For those that follow. You setup the master child relationship in the Versions on the right hand side by editing the Master field directly in the version box.

This tool just gets better!
