Unable to upgrade an trial license

A little more than a month ago I installed the trial version of GreenPepper which has version 2.5 (and version 2.10 of confluence). The trial license has now expired. I was able to extend the confluence license, but not the GreenPepper license. The Upload link for GreenPepper in the license page (of the plugin admin area of confluence) is disabled for GreenPepper - nothing happens when I click on it. Also, where the execute button used to be on a GreenPeeperized page, I now have text in red that says something like your support has expired and you cannot upgrade the license. How can I upgrade the GreenPepper license?

I have the same issue, and so just can't test execution of fixtures (GreenPepper Trial 2.8 with confluence 2.10). I sent an email at the recommended address 2 days ago, but received no response.
