When I "release" a version, I would like the option of automatically "splitting" remaining issues.

"Splitting" would include:
(1) cloning the issue
(2) setting the initial estimate of the new issue to the remaining estimate of the cloned issue
(3) moving the new issue to a new version (selectable from drop down of open versions)

This would allow me to carry-forward unfinished work from one sprint (ie: version) to the next without distorting burndown of the completed version or the next.
